Bee Breakfast at The Circle 'G' Restaurant was so enjoyable and rewarding. We had beekeepers from all four corners of Mecklenburg. There was, from l. to r., Senia, Wayne, Andrew, Shevon, Brian, Tommy, Sean, Johnny, and Linda. We meet there every other month the Saturday before our meeting. Bee on the look-out for a "Bee Blast". We talked about swarms, the honey flow, harvesting, extracting, mites, hive beetles, solid bottom boards vs. screened bottom boards, the different flowers in bloom, sourwood honey, and the list goes on. You just have to be there. The food and service is the best.
